Acting as the strategic partner of business leaders, providing HR solutions to address business issues through an in-depth understanding of the business directions
HR sounding board for the respective business unit throughout the entire life-cycle of all employees
Drive organization development with functional leaders and translate the strategy to different aspects of HR for implementation
Develop a hiring plan and partner with talent acquisition to bring in the best available talents in the market to fuel the growth of business
Collaborate with the COE team to carry out talent management activities such as performance & potential management, promotion, compensation adjustment, talent review, succession planning, etc
Be a champion of the Credit Bureau's organizational culture and values, driving a high level of employee engagement to support business growth
Assist in the management of conflict resolution
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Human Resource Business Partner for technology organizations, start-up experience will be preferred
Experience working with regional teams in SEA would be a strong plus
Bachelor's degree or above, human resources-related majors are preferred
Proven expertise in the areas of Business Partnering & Coaching. A generalist in other HR functions and recruitment
Possess strong logical thinking and data analysis ability
Excellent verbal and written communication
Highly adaptable, resourceful, and creative to thrive in a constantly changing start-up environment
