Exercises For Healthy Eyes



Eye health is just as important as anything else, so make sure you taking the time to exercise your eyes. Here are some simple eye exercises that you should do whenever and wherever you are:

 

  1. Look left and hold for 3 seconds then look right and hold for another 3 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
  2. Look up and hold for 3 seconds then look down and hold for another 3 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
  3. Rotate your eyeballs 3 times to the right and then 3 times to the left. Blink several times to relax.
  4. Open your eyes wide open and hold for 10 seconds. Blink several times to relax.
  5. Look down and to the left. Then move your eyes diagonally to the right. Repeat 3 times.
  6. Cross your eyes by looking at the tip of your nose. Blink several times to relax.

 

Most importantly, remember to do it regularly!
